The Student Achievement Measure is supported by six sponsoring associations, working together to provide a more comprehensive and accurate picture of student progress and completion as students move across institutions and state boundaries.

Northwestern Connecticut Community College

Northwestern Connecticut Community College is an accredited, public, two-year college located in Winsted, a small town in Connecticut’s northwest corner. The college serves 20 percent of Connecticut’s geographic area, drawing students from many of Litchfield County’s small towns and rural areas. Northwestern provides associate degrees, certificate programs, and courses that enable students to transfer to four-year colleges and universities or to enter the workforce directly. To assure student success, support services are available to all. The Academic Skills Center provides free on-ground and online tutoring services and training in study skills, English, math and science.
