The Student Achievement Measure is supported by six sponsoring associations, working together to provide a more comprehensive and accurate picture of student progress and completion as students move across institutions and state boundaries.

CUNY Kingsborough Community College

Kingsborough Community College serves approximately 15,000 students a year in credit and non-credit bearing courses in liberal arts and career education. As one of the City University of New York’s seven community colleges, Kingsborough provides a high-quality education through associate degree programs that prepare students for transfer to senior colleges or entry into professional careers. Located on a 70-acre campus Brooklyn’s Manhattan Beach, the borough’s only community college is dedicated to promoting student learning and development as well as strengthening and serving its diverse community. In 2013 Kingsborough was selected from more than 1,000 public community colleges nationwide, and was ranked #4 among top community colleges, receiving the Aspen Institute Prize for Community College Excellence.
